AL BUKHARY LIBRARY FACTS    The library was established on January 1985, in Teluk Sisek, Kuantan, Pahang. On June 1993, the library was moved to Bandar Jengka or known as Al-Bukhari Library ever since. On July 2011, UiTM Pahang, Jengka Campus received a new building to be called a the new library and started to open on April 2nd 2012.  
Now UiTM Pahang, Jengka Campus has 2 libraries known as Al-Bukhari Library 1 and Al-Bukhari Library 2. Al-Bukhari Library 1 is referred as the new library whereas Al-Bukhari Library 2 is referred as the old library which is still functioning

10 thing you need to know about al bukhary library
  • OPERATION TIMES
 mon-fri ➡8:30am-6:30pm,830am-10:50pm*exam week
saturday➡9:30 am-6:30pm*includes exam week
sunday➡CLOSE,*9:30am-6:30pm*exam week
  • FOLLOWING & RETURNING BOOK
    -max 20 books only
  • HOW TO BORROW A BOOK

    -OPAC(Online Public Access Catalogue)
    - counter/self check machine kiosk
  • FINES
    -    0.20 sen/day each book
    -if not settled a fines BORROWING another  book is not allowed
  • LOST ITEMS

    - make a report to main counter to avoid increase fines
    -user will given 14 days to search missing book.

    COMPENSATION COST :-

  • -price
    -services cost rm 20
    -fines or replace a missing book  with same title & latest edition
    -fines for late payment
  • INTER LIBRARY LOANS

    -if a book doesnt have at both library,you can request another library that have book that you want at main counter

    a)SILENT ZONE-any conversation are not allowed
                                 -gadget are permitted
    b)SOCIAL ZONE-discussion can be done in relaxed manner with comfortable& mannered                                       voice
    c)QUIET ZONE-slow done your voice
                                -regular conversation are allowed in controlled tone
                                -set up phone in silent mode
